A holistic approach to skin care is more effective and that starts with drinking plenty of fresh water, partaking in regular exercise and consuming a good healthy diet, which includes raw foods and fresh fruit. This is to provide a well-balanced source of essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids, as well as being important for the functioning of the body in general.
