Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease in which the body’s immune cells mistakenly attacks healthy joints. Combine that with ultra-processed meats, charcoaled barbeque red meats, alcohol, and/or soft drinks, then these food combinations can increase disease rates and a 10% higher mortality rate than normal. Unfortunately, the study has stated the disease to be incurable. This is far from the truth, as the elimination of red meat and other high acid-forming foods can automatically reduce arthritic symptoms.
